How to Make Spinach and Healthy Berry Smoothie

This is an easy way to get kids to eat their veggies. If you want a more fruity taste, exclude the yogurt.

Here are the Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of frozen berries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • ¼ cup fresh spinach, or to taste
  • 5 medium (1-1/4″ dia)s strawberries

Steps to be followed:

Blend berries, yogurt, orange juice, spinach, and strawberries together in a blender until smooth.
