- 6 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Gingerroot (grated)
- 1/3 cup Lime Juice (fresh)
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 4 (3/4 lb) Pork Tenderloin (trimmed)
- Cayenne, Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In the blender or food processor, properly blend all the ingredients except the pork.
- In the sealable plastic bag, place the pork and pour over the marinade.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours, turning it occasionally.
- Before cooking, place the pork at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Grill the pork, turning every 5 minutes until it reaches 160 on a meat thermometer.
- Before slicing the pork, let it stand for five minutes.

Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 6 Pork Chops
- 1 tsp. Garlic (powder)
- 1 tsp. Seasoning Salt
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Italian Style Breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/3 cup White Wine
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Pat dry the pork chops and season with garlic and seasoning salt.
- In the small bowl, place the beaten eggs.
- Coat the pork with flour, dip in the egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
- In the medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Fry the pork for five minutes (per side) or until the breading turns brown.
- Transfer the pork in the baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in the oven for an hour.
- In the medium bowl, combine mushroom soup, milk and white wine.
- After baking the pork for an hour, cover the pork with the soup mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with another foil and bake for another 30 minutes.

Chili Pork
Ingredients:
- 300g Pork Belly (boneless)
- 1 pc. Fresh Ginger (smashed)
- 1/4 tbsp. Peppercorns
- 2 1/2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 200g Green Pepper (seeded and chopped into 2cm)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Chili Bean Paste
- 2 tbsp. Sweet Bean Paste
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
- In the large pot, place pork and cover the pork with water.
- Add ginger and peppercorns.
- Remove the pork from the pot and cool to room temperature.
- Cut into thin slices.
- Add bean paste, sweet bean paste, sugar and stir constantly.
- Cook the pork for 15 minutes or until the pork is medium-well.
- In a wok, heat the oil and stir-fry green pepper and add salt until the pepper turn soft. Set aside.
- Using the same wok, stir-fry the pork in the oil until they begin to shrink.
- Toss the green pepper until the aroma is released.
